So what are cowboys doing in Las Vegas? Taylor Sheridan, the mastermind behind Yellowstone, 1883, 1923, and literally everything, just launched the new 6666 Steakhouse at the Wynn hotel in vegas. Now, here’s the cool part: the beef you’ll be eating comes straight from the legendary 6666 Ranch. It’s just like Ralph Lauren’s Colorado RRL ranch providing for his restaurant in New York.
It takes them two hours each time to transform the tableau bar into the full western-themed steakhouse. Dark wood, western art, and Texas-inspired dishes are all part of the charm. One reviewer said “It feels like walking right into an old Western set”
